This probably means &#8220;Dual Language&#8221; or perhaps &#8220;Double Language&#8221;. It is found on releases with two audio channels, for example English and German.
eg:
Saving.Private.Ryan.1998.AC3D.DL.1080p.HDTV.h264-CDDHD
Which has English AC3 and DTS and German AC3.
